IMC Receives GSA OASIS+ Unrestricted Contract Vehicle to Provide Management and Advisory Services

Innovative Management Concepts Inc. (IMC) has been awarded an OASIS+ Unrestricted indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for. One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of governmentwide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. OASIS+ represents a bold step forward for GSA, building on the successes and lessons learned from the OASIS contract program. It expands and enhances the suite of IDIQ contracts to better meet the federal government’s increasingly complex and evolving service requirements.

The OASIS+ contract scope is organized by domains or functional groupings of related services spanning multiple NAICs codes. IMC was awarded the OASIS+ Unrestricted vehicle in the Management and Advisory domain. This domain includes a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency’s performance, aid its endeavors to meet mission goals, and provide operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues.

OASIS+ is a collection of multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, of which the contract base period is five years with one option period of five years that may extend the cumulative contract ordering period to ten years. OASIS+ contracts may be used by all federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs), but are not open to state and local governments at this time.
