gsa logoIMC is a subcontractor team member for the GSA's Corporate Information Technology (IT) Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

The purpose of this vehicle is to obtain IT systems, program management, professional and system support services for the design, development, configuration, release management, system maintenance and system security support for a variety of web services, web products, application(s) and their related system(s) including IT tools and services to support other GSA Staff Offices.

The scope of this effort encompasses technical and program management support services to include: IT project management, system life-cycle support, system design and development, version release management, data design, information support, implementation and operation of search services, search design support and enterprise search engine optimization (SEO), user-centric design, usability testing, web design, mobile application design, multimedia design and implementation, application and product testing, accessibility testing and remediation, system and database administration, and the provision of technology environments under a variety of formats including those geographically dispersed.

HR Solutions is the Army's preferred strategic source providing centralized acquisition management and support of enterprise-level human resource Knowledge Based Services for Department of Defense (DoD) requiring activities.

HR Solutions' proven business practices facilitate timely awards of cost-effective task orders supporting a wide variety of programs critical to Soldiers, civilians and their families. HR Solutions provides high quality services leveraging the capabilities of 29 proven prime contractors awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts under two distinct products:

  • Personnel Lifecycle Support (PLS)
  • Recruiting-Management & Administrative Support (R-MAS)

HR Solutions is staffed with highly experienced certified DoD acquisition professionals who provide subject matter expertise in contracting and program management to a wide variety of Army and DoD customers.

HR Solutions uses multi-functional, integrated process team concepts and capabilities to deliver performance-based services with measurable outcomes and supports the total lifecycle of the service requirement. Services include requirements planning and strategy development, task order award and administration, and include quality assurance and task order completion. The process supports significantly streamlined acquisition processes delivering quality services at a reasonable price.

IMC is a part of Team TechAnax on the Department of Transportation's (DOT) Software Engineering Solutions (SWES) vehicle, contract # 693JJ319A000021. ​Team TechAnax consists of a select group of companies that provide an immense depth and breadth of capabilities, services and solutions, to meet the ever evolving requirements of SWES.

The objective of this BPA is to provide Software Engineering Solutions Services Support to the Department of Transportation, exclusive of FAA. Objectives of the acquisition are to support both existing applications and new applications development. Support includes, but is not limited to:

  • Integration of PMI’s Risk Management framework as a part of their development methodology.
  • Waterfall and incremental delivery software development methodologies, as well as transitioning from one methodology to another.  
  • Properly maintained and developed application software that performs in accordance with requirements, standards, procedures, etc.
  • Development Activity – this is the environment in which the software developers exclusively develop their software and applicable changes prior to OA testing.
  • Test Activity – this is the environment in which the OA Project Managers and Stakeholders review, test, and approve the BPA Holder's software changes prior to production implementation. This may include test-driven development.
  • Maintenance Activity – this is a non-operational replication of the production environment in which the software developers debug and duplicate production problems. Incorporation of best practices and incremental delivery concepts with proven expertise to include the following core methodologies: DevOps, Agile, SWEBOK, User-Centered Design, Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban.
  • Under this BPA, support will be provided to the USDOT Office of the Secretary (OST) and the following Operating Administrations (OAs).

  • National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)

Institute for Water Resources (IWR) is a United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Field Operating Activity (FOA) located within the Washington, DC National Capital Region (NCR), in Alexandria, VA and with satellite centers in New Orleans, LA, Davis, CA, Golden, CO, and Pittsburgh, PA. IWR was created in 1969 to analyze and anticipate changing water resources management conditions, and to develop planning methods and analytical tools to address economic, social, institutional, and environmental needs in water resources planning and policy.

This contracting vehicle solicits services to develop and provide operations and maintenance for the Lock Performance Monitoring System (LPMS), Dredging Information System (DIS), and Notice to Navigation Interests (NTN)I navigation systems as well as their subcomponents.
